I have taken both of my cars to Used Car Champion for awhile now and the difference in how I am treated between here and the other place I was going is like night and day. Always a great experience working with Used Car Champions! Their employees are intelligent, professional and efficient. In my most recent experience I could not drive so they came to my house got the vehicle and returned it. My circumstances were unusual but the dealership was very understanding and helpful, I couldn’t have been happier. Kilburn Hartnett helped me purchase my first car for college. It is a Subaru and it has been great! He really took the fear out of buying a car and took the time to break everything down for me to understand. Without Phil I wouldn’t be driving a Subaru and wouldn’t have experienced the great service! I will definitely continue to purchase cars from here and servicing my Subaru through UCC. At the time I arrived to check in my vehicle, Harnett was with another customer to assist me. A young lady helped me check in my car for service. She was friendly and was able to get our info she needed to have the serviceman start. Before I left, Hartnett greeted me and stated that he would contact me when my car was ready. He has always been very courteous and has always kept us posted on the service of our vehicle.
Saw a discount coupon on my e-mail and took my 2024 Sprinter Van in for my first basic fluid change. When I got there I was told that coupon doesn’t apply to Sprinter Vans. I got soaked for $1,300+ for my first basic service. I think I will take-up an offer from a friend of mine who is a diesel mechanic to service my 2024 Sprinter Van next year.
