Great service as always. Still find it a little off setting they charge you 3% to pay with your credit card, not the best customer appreciation when you are doing things like that. Reminds me of something a convenience store would do, not a luxury car dealership.

At the time I arrived to check in my vehicle, Harnett was with another customer to assist me. A young lady helped me check in my car for service. She was friendly and was able to get our info she needed to have the serviceman start. Before I left, Hartnett greeted me and stated that he would contact me when my car was ready. He has always been very courteous and has always kept us posted on the service of our vehicle.

Kilburn Hartnett helped me purchase my first car for college. It is a Subaru and it has been great! He really took the fear out of buying a car and took the time to break everything down for me to understand. Without Phil I wouldn’t be driving a Subaru and wouldn’t have experienced the great service! I will definitely continue to purchase cars from here and servicing my Subaru through UCC. Saw a discount coupon on my e-mail and took my 2024 Sprinter Van in for my first basic fluid change. When I got there I was told that coupon doesn’t apply to Sprinter Vans. I got soaked for $1,300+ for my first basic service. I think I will take-up an offer from a friend of mine who is a diesel mechanic to service my 2024 Sprinter Van next year.

I've called their Service Dept twice to get an estimate for my vehicle repairs. Both times I was told the Parts Dept would call me back with the costs involved. It's been more than 2 business days since I called with no response. I will be taking my vehicle to Bakersfield Motor Works. Better reviews, and they gave me a price on my initial call.

I understand the positive reviews, the big bow on a beautiful new Mercedes however, if you plan on keeping the Mercedes for longer than a few years the customer services changes drastically. All the original service representatives are no longer there except Hartnett and have been replaced with very young representatives that don't seem to really understand the so called Mercedes experience. The only remaining service representative (Hartnett) is now service manager and admits to faulty part's but if your Mercedes is not new they don't care. I feel in love with the 2025 E Class and was going to purchase it in August but no way, Im going to get the Cadillac CT5. Just know they sell you on Mercedes being a life style and like family but not the case if you plan on keeping the Mercedes. Do your research on the depreciation and cost of repairs. I paid over $1,100 dollars for a faulty door handle that has now fallen off again.
